Description: You must have at least two years of current management experience in the home healthcare field. Knowledge of the home health care market is essential to this position which is why this experience is mandatory for this position.

Primary Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for 12-15 sales representatives. Travel is approximately 25 per cent.

1. Bachelor’s Degree 2. Five (5) years of sales experience minimum. 3. Two (2) years minimum homehealth care sales management experience. Ideal is 2 -10 yrs. HOMEHEALTH CARE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY FOR THIS POSITION. 4. Competent organizational skills. 5. Ability to handle stressful situations/deadlines. 6. Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with all members of the health care delivery team. 8. Demonstrates the ability to support the philosophy, objectives and goals of the home health agency. 9. Forecasts needs; sets priorities. 10. Must be familiar with general use and functions of the computer, such as, user names and password concepts; internet; e-mail; navigation of computer desktop, including starting programs, using files, and windows, effectively use navigation buttons and tool bars; ability to self-manage online HR services and online training programs. 11. NO RELOS FROM OUTSIDE OF FLORIDA. They will see relos within the state however.

Base: 90-120K

Com: up to 60k +30k if co. meets corp. goals

Benefits: major benes including restricted stock

Car: mileage reimbursement but going to co. cars in 2010
